Road Vehicles 1

The Army version of the ubiquitous Bedford "O" series lorry, from a Springside Models kit.

The good old Bedford "O" series lorry again - this time carrying the normal nose-job, as a flatbed coal merchant's vehicle, also available as a kit from Springside Models.

A fish and chip van, based on a Commer Commando coach, from a Langley Miniature Models kit.

A pair of London Transport 6-wheeled trolleybuses built from Pirate kits.

A Leyland Royal Tiger coach in "Ribble" livery, built from a Mark Hughes kit. In the 1950s, my father used to drive one of these for a local operator in Frome - I really must get one for myself!

A collection of vehicles that could be found all over the country in the 60s and 70s, in fact the Austin A30 Countryman dates from the 50s. All these were built for a customer from Springside kits.
